Leonie is an accomplished and trusted transformational executive leader, with over 20 years’ experience in Health, Disability and Aged Care Sectors. A collaborator who develops high performing, positive and empowered teams to consistently achieve excellent outcomes in the delivery of innovation, quality and sustainable Aged and Community Care Services. Leonie is passionate about leading and influencing significant change in Aged and Community Care, with a particular focus on ensuring resident/client first mindset to improve care and service outcomes – no matter the location.

Leonie has significant experience at senior levels in operational services and the development and practical application of Governance and Risk frameworks to support best practice outcomes. Leonie is proactive with government consultation regarding Aged and Disability Services. With a proven track record in strategic planning to operational delivery and a strength in transformational innovation delivering improved outcomes for care recipients and providers in high regulatory, complex, diverse and competitive environments.
